A Guide to Experimental Letterpress Techniques written by Barbara Tetenbaum of Triangular Press, Portland, Oregon

The first edition was published in 2001 to accompany a workshop at the Paper and Book Intensive. Expanded and revised, it now contains six techniques including printing from shaped wire, printing from alternative relief surfaces, pressure printing and monoprinting. New techniques include creating color separations witih half-tone images using pressure printing and how digital tools can facilitate image making. Each technique is illustrated with a color image. Basic PrintingTerminology and a 'Checklist for Success' are included in this small, comb-bound volume.
