The museum is closed from Jun 19th-22nd to the general public, only attendees of the Amalgamated Printers' Association may be in the museum.

The Amalgamated Printers’ Association is holding their annual Wayzgoose at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum from June 19-22nd, 2014 in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. The APA consists of both professional and amateur letterpress printers, whose emphasis is on the exchange of members’ letterpress printing and information on sources of equipment and better printing practices. This Wayzgoose is a three-day affair and includes an auction, a flea market of printers’ treasures, tours of the museum, and workshops. A major highlight of this gathering is visiting with other kindred spirits who love letterpress.

Please use that site to find all the most updated schedule information, get the paperwork to register for the Wayzgoose, and find out about available workshops and presentations. To register fill out the Registration Form and send it with a check to the museum at 1816 10th St, Two Rivers, WI 54241 by June 1st. There is no online registration or payment system for this event, both items must be mailed to the museum.

This is not the Hamilton Wayzgoose. The museum will still be holding our Wayzgoose later this year November 7-9th, 2014. But, please join us for both events if you can!
