It's spring, and time to get out into nature and onto the streets to sketch! Why buy a sketchbook when you can make one with your own two hands? In this workshop we will bind a large format book, and also a small format book with pockets.
The larger book with have French flaps that fold out. The smaller book is refillable! Join us to learn how to stitch a traditional codex book with a soft cover and to make a small book with pockets.
You're welcome to bring your own tool kit, or other materials is you want to take time to design your covers. We'll have a full day of creating books, stitching, and discussing aesthetics and design. We'll be supplying everything you need, just come with enthusiasm and curiosity!
