At the center of this legacy is the Hamilton Manufacturing Company, whose pioneering spirit shaped not only the world of printing but also the identity and livelihood of the local community. The company’s innovation, craftsmanship, and dedication to industrial excellence continue to inspire me and serve as a reminder of the profound impact that local history has on creative expression today.

Your membership makes it possible for us to care responsibly for our extensive collections, honor the legacy of Hamilton Manufacturing, inspire learners of all ages, and continue welcoming people into a space filled with curiosity. 

As we prepare for a new year focused on the stewardship of our collections with passion and purpose, I also want to recognize that not everyone in our community may feel aligned, supportive, or ready to engage in dialogue. This, too, is part of the journey of a museum rooted in history, change, and human connection.
