Letterpress Workshop in Silver Buckle Press

Saturday, September 29, 2018 9am-5pm

Create a keepsake using the wood and metal type, ornaments, borders and decorators from the Silver Buckles Press collection in this workshop with Bill Allan and Rick von Holdt. We will be using the range of presses that are available in Silver Buckle Press, including the Vandercook #4, C&P Pilot Press and the Golding Tabletop. We will work together on a co-operative project and as time allows we will create more prints as a group. To get started we will review the collection and review the SBP library, which contains many type specimen catalogs.
