Embellished Pamphlet Stitched Journals with Karen Robison – July 12

Saturday, July 12 9am–4pm Central

THIS WORKSHOP HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

These journals are a comfortable 1/2 way between artists' books and simple/plain journals. The embellishment and variety of pages make them ripe for art journalling without fear of the white page. The pamphlet stitch allows us to add multiple signatures one at a time. Easy stitching! We will design pages, embellish them, and then arrange and stitch the signatures to a heavy paper cover. Then cycle back to working in the finished book.

You're welcome to bring your own tool kit, but we'll be supplying everything you need. Just come with enthusiasm and curiosity!
